The staff is accommodating. Double room is stylish, has a clean bathroom.

The room temperature remained uncomfortably warm, and the air conditioning needed a bit more push to cool things down. The shower setup could use some improvement. Without a curtain or door, expect some flooding in the bathroom after a shower. A request for a double bed resulted in two smaller beds pushed together, which might not be ideal for couples.

As a tourist, I loved the convenient location near the subway and just a few minutes from the Ramblas. the staff at Chic&Basic Habana Hoose was amazing, polite, and kind. the rooms were comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. the shampoos in the shower were also very cute. the restaurant downstairs had a classy atmosphere and the staff there were also wonderful. the coffee machine at the entrance of the hallways was a lifesaver.
